The Painted Tree Swim & Racquet Club PTSR serves all homeowners living in Terrabrook and Stoneybrook subdivisions. The Painted Tree Board is comprised of neighborhood volunteers who have been elected by the neighborhood - the Painted Tree Board members contribute their time and efforts on a regular basis through monthly meetings, committees and planned volunteer events, initiating improvements as well as managing association dues to provide the common areas in our community.

We're a family oriented private club with superb facilities for both swimming and tennis. Located in the pretty Mountainbrook subdivision, Mountainbrook Swim and Racquet Club features 4 lighted tennis courts, swimming and wading pools, men's and women's locker rooms, and courtside and poolside seating and tables. The Charlotte Touchdown Club is a 501 c 3 non-profit Sports-Social organization established in 1990 for the goal of promoting high school, collegiate, and professional football in the Charlotte, North Carolina Region. At its inception, the Touchdown Club held weekly luncheons generally attended by ten to fifteen representatives from local colleges and the media.

Waverly Swim and Tennis Club is a non-profit corporation formed over thirty five years ago to supply swimming and tennis facilities for its members. The club maintains an 20 acre lake, 4 tennis courts, a 25 yard pool with both high and low diving boards and a kiddy pool. The government of the club is vested in the Board of Directors and elected officers.
