The complex is irrigated for plush and safe playing conditions. The acreage is held through a lease with the City of Tulsa. This is done by using volunteers. Furthermore, TUSC offers multiple child discounts.

Philcrest Hills Tennis Club was set up in 1972 with service to its members distinguishing the club from its competitors. Swim Programs Philcrest Hills Tennis Club offers fun and instructive swimming programs to the kids of its members. Lifeguards are always on duty during pool operating hours.
