Classes focus on Self-Defense, Kickboxing, and drills and techniques used by competitive fighters. Our atmosphere is casual and informal, and our location is next to the Metro in Dupont Circle, DC. We don't have contracts, and have a pay by class option for busy specialists.

Rock Creek Tennis Center is a superior facility operated by Guest Services., and authorized for concession by the National Park Service. The center surrounds William H.G. Fitzgerald Tennis Stadium, home of the Legg Mason Tennis Classic, an ATP Tour Event. Five indoor courts are heated and available during the winter season. The hard courts are lighted and are available until close.
